We are an alliance of schools and institutions working collaboratively for the benefit of local communities. We provide support for schools across the region (East Riding of Yorkshire, Kingston upon Hull and Lincolnshire) and are helping to train the next generation of outstanding teachers.
We cover primary, secondary and further education, with schools in our partnership having a proven track record of raising standards in all Key Stages.

Head of Partnership
Chris entered teaching after a successful career in process engineering. A trained secondary science teacher, he teaches all disciplines to Key Stage 4. and Physics to A-level. He has held whole school responsibility for various areas and was appointed Head of Alliance in 2015. He delivers training for the partnership and other organisations nationally, particularly focusing on curriculum development, subject knowledge and leadership training.
In his spare time, Chris has a smallholding of poultry, pigs and too many sheep.
Director of Operations
Kirstin joined Blueprint Alliance in January 2015.
Kirstin is a law graduate from the University of Bielefeld and completed her legal training in her native Germany before relocating to the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Before joning us she worked as an Exams Officer for various schools across the city.
In her spare time she likes to walk her dog, dragging three screaming kids along. She loves baking and cake decorating.
Jo started as a 17-year-old apprentice at Hull College, completing her NVQ in Business Administration. She then took on a variety of roles in industries such as consumer liaison and the steel industry. It was employment at a Hairdressing College which allowed Jo to enter the world of education, first working with apprentices, then in mainstream with Sirius Academy North.
Jo started with the Alliance in 2016.
Out of of work Jo has two lovely little girls who she loves making memories with.
